Digital Downloads / PDFs
- If you have purchased a digital download (PDF) you will receive details of the link via email that enables you to make the download. Please check the email inbox for the email address that you provided when you purchased your download.
- You have 24 hours and 3 attempts to make the download, so please save it safely and permanently onto your computer.
- You can return to the download link page here.
If you should experience a problem then don’t hesitate to get in touch but our experience over the years is that our download service provider SendOwl is extremely reliable and that nearly all problems lie at the user or internet connection end.
Printed Books and Guides
As soon as we have received and processed your order (this usually takes just a few hours, or less) we will email you a specific confirmation regarding the book(s) or guide(s). If you haven’t heard from us within 24 hours, contact us.
Dispatch normally takes place on the first working day afterwards (i.e excluding weekends and public holidays).
Actual delivery times can vary quite surprisingly. We suspect that in some instances this may be a combination of certain days and timings within postal services plus customs checking operations. Packages do sometimes get delivered to neighbouring properties or mailboxes by mistake.
Update May 2017 – Deliveries to the US seem to be taking longer than previously – there is unfortunately nothing we can do about this, it may be that US Customs procedures have changed.

If you haven’t already purchased this option and the order is to be sent to South Africa (or any other country with a less than reliable local postal service), please consider adding Tracked Delivery to your order. It is normally not necessary for European, American, Canadian, Australian or New Zealand orders. This is not an express or courier service, but it does enable you (and us) to know where the package was last identified. Delivery does require an address where it can be handed over. A postal box or postal bag does not allow this.
